Honored to work with military and law enforcement members and families.

Julie is a licensed Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Rand Realty working out of the Central Valley, NY office. A real estate industry veteran for 14 years, she is well-regarded in the industry for her attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to personal service. She has represented sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in all parts of Orange and Rockland Counties, and specializes in luxury homes, high-end properties, relocations as well as first-time homebuyers. Julie is honored to work with military and law enforcement members.

Julie's clients appreciate her local community knowledge, communication and seasoned negotiation skills. As one client stated, "If your looking for an extremely hard working, dedicated, and honest real estate agent then Julie Piazza would certainly be a wise choice. Julie was very easy to communicate with." Julie agrees communication is one of the most important elements of the client-agent relationship, "Knowledge of the local community and market is only part of an agent's job, keeping my clients apprised of the latest developments in their home buying or selling process, especially when negotiating price, is the key to a smooth real estate transaction and getting to the closing table."

A top producer for the office and consistent award winner, Julie is member of Monroe-Woodbury PTA for 18 years and on the Board of Advisors for the Rand Community Fund. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years, Anthony and their beautiful children and adorable grandson. Julie enjoys running, yoga and traveling.
