Julie began her real estate career in 2004 and shortly after, joined Rand Realty where she quickly rose to become one the company’s top producing agents.

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to personal service has made me one of the most well respected agents in the industry. Julie has been fortunate to represent a wide array of clientele throughout all areas of the Hudson Valley including sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and has always been honored to work with military and law enforcement members.

In having a strong desire to help others launch an exciting career in real estate, in 2016 Julie accepted the position of Business Development Manager for Rand Realty in Orange County. That position allowed her to not only share her experience as a top producing agent but also to utilize her skills as a trainer and coach, resulting in the successful career growth of many new and seasoned sales agents.

In 2018, Julie was promoted to Branch Manager of Rand Realty’s Central Valley office, the top producing real estate office in Orange County for many years. Julie feels it is a privilege to work with such a dedicated group of professionals who are top in their field.

As a leader in the Rand organization, Julie strives to support her agents in the continued growth of their business by sharing not only the basics of real estate coaching and training, but my unique skills and expertise in technology, web presence, social media and personal marketing, successful tips on conversion in lead generation and providing the best client experience.  Julie willingly shares the trade secrets that made her a top producing agent and stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends.
